Objective
The Team Leader - Business Development will be responsible for developing, maintain, and improve business relationships with partners e associates in order to support current and future business by building networks.
The Team Leader - BD will report to the Director of BD and will be responsible for part of the business development team.
The professional will join a team of dedicated professionals in a non-profit environment, enabling the organization to achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities

Understand your local market and potential client base;

Create a comprehensive plan to acquire new clients;

Strong relationship and networking skills to build connections, generate opportunities, and deliver bottom-line results;

Develop new and manage existing markets
-
Communicate customer expectations to the BD team;
-
Provide strategic input into the business.
Skills and Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years experience in business development and/or project management in commercial;
-
University Degree or College Diploma in business, marketing, or related field required;
-
Excellent organizational skills and a good grasp of marketing and sales outreach tools like HubSpot and Salesforce;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
-
Capability to build relationships through productive two-way communication in multiple formats;

Ability to organize and create structure within complex systems and excellent analytical skills.

The candidate will need the ability to “own” projects and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements;

Strong Communication and Flexibility – Easily adapt to change and evolution in a growing office and willing to take on more responsibility for career and skill growth;

Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
