PROJECT COORDINATOR

Objective
The PROJECT COORDINATOR will analyze, develop and review the FCBB projects. As part of the role, it will be required to monitor the projects’ performance and provide monthly status. In addition, it will be expected to prepare written reports/presentations, tables and graphs that properly communicate the project progress and results.
The candidate must also be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, strong organization, analytical profile, great ability with data control and reporting. This role requires a candidate who is suitable for "critical thinking" and "doing".
The professional will join a team of dedicated professionals in a non-profit environment, enabling the organization to achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities

Work with corporate project controls department to help develop/implement new processes and procedures;

Ensure project documentation and archives: document every step of the project in order to improve new and existing processes, maintain lessons learned;

Process improvement and standard development;

Create a system to evaluate the success of the project and share the results or findings;

Prepare project-level reporting and consolidated material from project reports for monthly review;

Complete and distribute monthly portfolio level reports;
-
Design or include new KPIs as appropriate to convey function health;

Plan and control projects by schedules, scope, cost, resources and quality.

Schedule management, scope monitoring and reporting and management panels;

Develop statistical analysis for control and diagnosis of operational performance.
Skills and Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Management Processes, Administration, and Engineering;
-
5-7 years’ project management experience required; PMO leadership preferred;

Familiarity with performance management systems required; experience managing to specific KPIs (or measures & targets) desired;

Advance skills in financial management;

Results-oriented work ethic;

Ability to drive performance and guide others;

Critical/analytical thinking skills;

Knowledge of project management;

Organization and systemic view;

Strong Communication and Flexibility – Easily adapt to change and evolution in a growing office and willing to take on more responsibility for career and skill growth;

Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
