The Pandemic is just speeding up the inevitable (digital)

Regardless of where you are when reading this article from. I'm sure your government has taken actions, your friends are behaving differently, and your routine has been hard to be normal.

Particularly in Toronto, the governor has started the opening of some other non-essential services this week. The fact is the pandemic has already changed our lives and businesses will survive only after changing and keeping themselves up to date. Some of these changes were not unexpected, but they were prioritized. Having the disease just accelerated the move we were already experiencing, and now it is a requirement from the market and the way people interact.

It is abnormal (for the old standards) the number of "lives" on Social Media, the new reaches of the influencers, and the business culture that rapidly has taken our business.

My 2 cents today will be related to great content makers that brought a valuable contribution to business owners and help you to boost your company and evolve fast with the pandemic. Topics you should be aware of to speed up your results in this era.

Who is your customer, and what is valuable for them?

Gary Vee is a great content creator, and no doubt this mindset tweak will be good for you to start your strategy in a non-selfish way. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tooAu9qNai8

After being religious about your audience, let's season it with technology. Tracking data from your audience is useless if you don't extract information from it. So, let's work on it. This video has free and paid tools that can help you to monitor your Social Media: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xvevD1rVy4

Are you providing digital services?

If you're into this category, you're probably killing the digital side, and using all the tools for the benefit of your team already. This time may be great to deep down into this pandemic feeling, and extrapolate what will be the future interaction of your customers and the possible revenue streams that come into this post-apocalyptical model. In this case, it is time to get back to the clipboard and re-think.

Are you a provider of food?

You're probably subscribed to them already, but here follows the list of the best Food Service APP you must have to keep your business going.

And try to enhance your brand too…

Selling goods online

Some people got creative and want to start selling things on the internet. It is not expensive nor hard to set up a store! Check it out, these cool places where there is already a customer flow. It is fast and easy to start rolling the ball.

Services in person

Unfortunately, several categories of service providers can't work right now. However, this is a great time to increase your online presence and get ready for when you're back. It is key to get back to the customer's understanding and use this time to captivate desire on your customer. After this season, you will harvest the customer connection built during the pandemic times.

Making these movements are not easy for any business, but they are necessary, and we could see it all over the world. We are in a changing environment now, and we can't go back. I hope I could tackle some industries here, but I'm always available in case some others were not explored. Feel free to get in touch!

Thank you, and stay safe!
